To make computer aided manufacturing (CAM) efficient, the input material should already be sized close to final needs - less waste and recycle. Takes skill to press, forge, or extrude first. Then fine-tune on 6DOF machine tools. Practical engineering needed, maybe apprentices and not book learning only.
That looks like where they want to go to me. I used to think levelling up that much that fast while the Clown globalist system is collapsing wasn’t possible. But I’d have said the same about what Trump & the Scriptwriters are doing. Lots of reasons to be hopeful.
